Book2Market Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By installing or using Book2Market, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the App

Book2Market helps you capture or import book photos, detect basic book information such as title and author, review editable listing fields, generate suggested listing text, and create local PDF and ZIP files for manual use.

The app is intended only as a preparation tool. Any final sale listing, price decision, publication, communication with buyers, or transaction remains your responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Checking and correcting all generated or detected text before using it.
• Making sure your book photos, descriptions, prices, and sale listings are accurate.
• Complying with the rules of any marketplace or platform where you manually publish a listing.
• Ensuring that you have the right to sell the books you list.

4. Local Data and Files

Book2Market stores book photos, listing fields, generated PDFs, generated ZIP files, and selection history locally on your device. You can delete this data by removing it in the app where available, deleting app data from your device settings, or uninstalling the app.

5. Google Drive Export

Google Drive export is optional and user initiated. If you choose to export, Book2Market uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive access to create or reuse a Book2Market folder in your own Google Drive and upload the generated PDF and ZIP files.

Book2Market does not upload files to Google Drive unless you explicitly start the export action. You remain responsible for managing or deleting exported files in your Google Drive.

6. Permissions

Book2Market may request permissions for the following purposes:

• Camera: to capture book photos.
• Photos or media: to import existing book photos from your device when you choose to do so.
• Internet: to support Google Sign-In and optional Google Drive export.

7. No Marketplace Automation

Book2Market is not affiliated with Facebook Marketplace or any other marketplace platform. The app does not access your marketplace account, publish listings, scrape pages, automate relisting, set prices automatically, or contact buyers.

8. No Warranty

Book2Market is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. OCR results, generated descriptions, generated titles, and PDFs may contain errors or incomplete information. You should review all output before using it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses, damages, rejected listings, inaccurate listings, failed transactions, data loss, or platform account issues resulting from your use of the app.

10. Changes to the App or Terms

The app and these Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
